Meet Emily
Director, Owner, and Founder, Little Hearts
Hi, I’m Emily Parac, the owner and founder of Little Hearts. I built this center with a passion for creating a safe, nurturing space where children, families, and staff can grow and thrive together.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Administration, and I am currently working toward my master's degree in Education. My focus is on mental health, emotional development, and learning through play. My goal is to support every child, family, and team member by fostering an environment filled with understanding, creativity, and care.
Assistant Director of Little Hearts & Lead Teacher – Monkeys Classroom
Hi, I’m Tanner, the Assistant Director of Little Hearts and Lead Teacher in the Monkeys' Classroom. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and have extensive experience working with toddlers and preschool-age children.
I’m passionate about supporting the emotional needs of the children in my care and creating a classroom environment where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. I believe that learning through play is one of the most powerful ways for young children to explore, grow, and develop lifelong skills.
My goal is to help children build confidence, independence, and a genuine love for learning — while supporting families and our amazing team each day.
Teachers
Stars Teacher – Little Hearts
Hi, I’m Christina, the Infant Teacher at Little Hearts. I hold a Child Development Associate credential in both Preschool and Infants/Toddlers. Before earning my CDA, I worked as an assistant teacher, gaining valuable hands-on experience that helped me find my true passion working with our youngest learners.
I believe that meeting the individual needs of each child is essential and that great learning begins with a strong foundation of basic needs and play. In my classroom, I focus on nurturing each child’s growth, curiosity, and confidence while providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment.
Lions Lead Teacher – Little Hearts
Hi, I’m Kyndall, a teacher at Little Hearts. I hold my Child Development Associate credential for Infants and Toddlers and love my little Lions!
I enjoy incorporating art and taking a kind, warm approach to help children manage their emotions and navigate big feelings. I focus on play-based learning and constantly look for new ways to keep activities engaging as children grow and learn. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where each child feels supported, curious, loved and confident every day.
Monkey's Assistant Teacher – Little Hearts
Hi there!
My name is Chyanne, and some of the children call me Miss Chy as well. I have been working with children for over 10 years total and have a little one myself as well. I love implementing play-based learning as well as creating an environment that promotes the children’s growth in all areas of development. I’m so excited to be working full-time in the Monkeys room and getting to know all of the kiddos and families!
Teacher & Cook – Little Hearts
Hi! I’m Libbey. I joined as a substitute because I truly love working with children and being part of their learning and growth. I’m a mom of two, so I understand how important patience, kindness, and flexibility are each day. I love Little Hearts, and I am here to support the families and the program in any way I can. I’m so grateful to be part of this community and to support your children!
Teacher – Little Hearts
Christina M. is excited to be back with the Little Hearts family! Christina first worked as an assistant at Emily’s Care, where she developed a strong passion for working with young children and supporting their early learning experiences. After that, she moved back to her hometown to continue teaching and growing in the field of early childhood education.
Now that she has returned to Little Hearts, Christina is continuing to expand her knowledge and skills while working toward her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential so she can become a preschool teacher. She is especially excited to incorporate science and art into the classroom, helping children explore, create, and learn through hands-on experiences.
